Risotto with cod and prawns (3-4 pers.) 200g uncooked prawns in shell 250g cod fillets 1 large onio


Yesterday Juniors grandmother master molty foam a trip to visit. She had for Christmas got a gift certificate for help creating a blog, and it was cashed yesterday. master molty foam Therefore stood menu yesterday at a fish when she is vegetarian. My skills in vegetarian cuisine is not so good, so do I usually fish when she is visiting: o) It dawned on me when I was going to make risotto that I only had chicken broth, so to ensure little flavor to risotto I made a simple shrimp master molty foam broth. It comes also the recipe here in the post. It tasted SO good!
Risotto with cod and prawns (3-4 pers.) 200g uncooked prawns in shell 250g cod fillets 1 large onion 3fed garlic 1 pinch of chili flakes 350g risotto rice 1 liter water 2 tsp Seafood & Fish, or another combination master molty foam to suit any fish. 1 cup white wine 250g mushrooms 100g peas 25g Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons butter 4 tsp oil Salt and freshly ground pepper Thaw shrimp up, peel them and throw the shells in a small saucepan with 1 teaspoon master molty foam oil. Fry them a little until they become slightly caramelized. Add 1 liter of water, a bit of løgskallerne and 2 teaspoons master molty foam Seafood & Fish. Simmer for 10 minutes and run it into a pitcher. Clean the mushrooms, slice them and fry them lightly in a pan, and set to one side. Peel the onions and garlic and chop it finely. Heat 2 teaspoons oil and 2 teaspoons master molty foam butter into a heavy-based saucepan and fry the onion and garlic in medium heat until transparent. Add the rice and cook with in a few minutes until they start to become a little clear. master molty foam Add the white wine, if you use it, and stir in the risotto until the wine is completely cooked in. Begun as adding fiksebouillonen one soup spoon at a time, let it cook on good heat and stir more or less all the time. It is important to risotto get the right texture! Add the fried mushrooms. master molty foam Keep priming up with fish broth until the risotto master molty foam is almost ready - around 15 minutes. Fry the peeled tiger prawns in a pan with a little oil and a little chilli and garlic. When the risotto is almost done, add the peas, cod, diced and grated parmesan. Turn around, turn almost down, put a lid on and let the risotto stand for 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked. Serve immediately, if necessary. with a little extra Parmesan on top.

It is a very welcoming right. Now Please do not tell your mother in law that you do not actually have to eat fish when you are vegetarian. We have constructed a fine word, the kind of people master molty foam can hide behind "pesco-vegetarians". Thank you: o) I now do not care about the name of one or the other, master molty foam about what type of vegetarian is a person. The key may well be to know what the person does not eat, rather than what the "official" name is. I now also quite often google, but seems nevertheless it is hard to find good vegetarian dishes, like us "carnivores" also will think is a real meal Delete
