3) Melt the butter and add the chopped onion. (Two birds with one stone!). Let it simmer on medium heat for a few minutes. Not let the butter turn brown. Add the flour and stir well. Pour over a little and a little milk, mix well. Let the sauce boil for 15 minutes to get out melsmaken. Season with pepper, a little salt and nutmeg.
4) When the sauce has cooled down a little you should add the eggs. Share egg whites from the yolk and let them drain into each bowl. Add the egg yolks into the sauce and stir well. It s important that the sauce does not e shape hot when the eggs will stand. honeycomb structure
