BeFiT GO: 40 Min Total Body Strength Workout- Circuit 1 | Exercise For Your Body

I don’t know but I keep thinking that in the past people worked out naturally by doing hard work outside in the fields etc. In modern times we stay in a room and try to find ways to be fit… It is a bit crazy.

i thought you will use the kettlebell,it is said in the beginning b4 you start the exercise the equipments that are needed in this exercie, but till the entire session done you didnt use a kettlebell.

Sorry luchtkussenfolie but week 2 isn’t complete either: the “20 min total body toning” luchtkussenfolie workout is still missing in addition to wk 3 “30 min gym circuit” and wk 4 “40 min total body fat burn circuit 2″. Please upload the workouts in correct order! Thx!
Ok thx! Can’t get enough luchtkussenfolie of those workouts! I guess I’ll just couple them with other Befit workouts. I really enjoy the diversity of exercises you offer and that they require little to no equipment, it’s more practical and I want to avoid the fake “bodybuilder” look.
